I enjoyed contacting your company. I have yet to deal with anyone who was unprofessional or unable to assist me. This is a compliment to the supervision and training that goes along with your employees. I have sat through several types of these recordings where you press numbers and finally get through to somebody only to be disappointed because of their lack of knowledge and inability to answer questions; however, this is never been the case with your organization. There are a lot of corporations that would service themselves well to take a note from your staff and their professionalism. It is beyond reproach and always amazing. I am pleased with the way things have worked out to this point and look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you very much.
