Hudson County Community College (HCCC) was established in 1974 as a two-year public institution of higher education. Today HCCC offers aspiring scholars a diverse range of associate degree and certificate courses in business, education, the liberal arts, and social sciences. Through its certificate courses, HCCC aims to offer highly specialized instruction which can be used to augment employment opportunities. HCCC emphasizes affordability, and currently offers some of the lowest tuition rates in the country. In addition, students can also avail themselves of financial aid and free academic support.
